About Us

At the GG Institute for Aircrete Research , we are dedicated to advancing affordable, sustainable, and inclusive housing solutions. Our work centers on the development of Non-Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (NAAC) pouring kits, reinforced with Fiber-Reinforced Concrete (FRC) shear columns, designed to meet modern demands for speed, strength, and environmental responsibility.

Our mission is to make durable housing accessible to all by simplifying construction processes, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact. By empowering communities with easy-to-use kits and localized microfactory models, we enable people to build with dignity and independence.

Our vision is a future where sustainable housing is not a privilege but a global standard. We aim to drive innovation that addresses the housing crisis, supports climate goals, and promotes gender equity in construction. Through research, partnerships, and practical deployment, we are shaping the future of resilient housing worldwide.

People and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
